Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Final sale items (see below) cannot be returned or exchanged
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, these curated collections cannot be returned:
- Foundation Base Layers (for hygiene reasons)
- Final Sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
- Personalized or altered garments
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
The Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our concierge team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us improve our collections)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:
- Use the original packaging when possible
- Include the completed return form (provided via email)
- Securely seal the package to prevent damage
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
- Sending to our Louisville studio address (provided in approval email)
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when completed
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment
International Returns
For our global clientele outside the US:
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Note: We currently cannot accept returns from restricted regions in Asia and certain remote locations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or something different from your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expedited replacement shipping at our expense
